Welcome to OrangeTip: a division of NLadviseurs – leaders in ecology and nature conservation.

Founded in 2005, NLadviseurs proudly presents OrangeTip, a division dedicated to ecological consultancy. With a team of 30 expert professionals, we have earned a reputation as industry leaders in ecology and nature conservation.

Based on his specializations in landscape science and ecology, Guido advises clients at municipalities and golf clubs on sustainable solutions. Guido is often involved in long-term plans and strategic development. He does not shy away from high ambition.

With his management advice and inventories, Sander, co-founder of OrangeTip, is the backbone of every project. His knowledge of automation issues also helps clients. Sander likes to look for ways to add added value to existing demand. He does not get stuck in theory. He ensures that his advice is practically implementable.

Sietske Kuperus

A great interest in connecting people and nature gives Sietske the drive and passion to bring projects to good results. Sietske is concerned with the influence of nature on people and takes this into account in her planning. She likes to bring sustainable solutions that fit within the frameworks of different interests.

Tessa van Vreeswijk

Based on her strong belief that humans cannot live without nature, Tessa is committed to strengthening nature. As biodiversity project leader, she provides leadership and direction in drawing up management, design and policy plans aimed at increasing biodiversity. Tessa has very extensive ecological knowledge and is therefore widely applicable.

Lucas is a salesman with a drive: making the world a better place. He makes the connection between new markets and strong products. By realizing a perfect match between marketing and sales, he wants to ensure that everyone with green ambitions can find OrangeTip as the partner for the best results.

Marco Hut

As a practical and outdoorsman, Marco has been a golf course manager for many years. From his love for nature, his passion has grown to support biodiversity. He is the explorer within the agency, lays the foundation for new relationships and keeps a close eye on the needs of our clients.

Jochem connects sustainable relationships to our business objectives. He does this by encouraging relationships to create strong nature. By following developments in the market, he knows how to quickly and skillfully identify customer needs and link them to a good advisory product.

Renze Huizinga

As an office manager, Renze is an indispensable link in the work process. He carries out administrative and organizational work and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. He thinks constructively in the field of marketing and provides support where necessary.

Wesley van Zadelhoff

Anyone who wants to know more about the Nature Conservation Act, nature development or nature conservation should contact Wesley. He is the team leader of our ecologists and also makes the connection between education and our professional field. In his spare time he likes to travel to meet people with a different vision of their living environment.

André Geelhoed

André is very knowledgeable when it comes to species knowledge: from birds to plants and moths. His eagerness to learn has no end and he can mainly be found outside, during office hours but also outside of work and at weekends. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion with anyone who is interested.

Jorina Boer

As an ecologist, Jorina is mainly concerned with advice, reporting, species-oriented research and ecological guidance during (construction) projects in the context of the Nature Conservation Act. She likes to get stuck into complicated issues. Jorina particularly loves birds, bats and reptiles and in her spare time carries out breeding bird counts on the “Veluwe”.

Koen Wegerif

Outside working hours, Koen is busy in his houseplant jungle and in his own fruit orchard: a statement for his enthusiasm for nature. He uses this passion effectively in his work. As an advisor, he thinks and contributes to the preparation of advisory reports and design sketches, he maps nature opportunities and provides support with management issues.

Maarten van Dijk

With his background in forestry, Maarten is good at drawing up (forest) management plans. He also carries out inventories and tree safety checks, among other things. He likes to talk about the natural processes in the forest and can often be found there walking or building huts.

Lysanne Jackson

Lysanne is our ‘file tiger’; she likes to delve into complex matters and uses her knowledge, vision and ideals for the development of new policies and new products. She is concerned with nature conservation and reducing her ecological footprint in all areas of her life.

With his knowledge of species and management, Ernest mainly focuses on vegetation recordings. He analyzes the data with GIS and makes it visual with maps. Ernest likes to be active in the outdoors. He walks a lot in nature or rides through the city on his skateboard.

Maaike Oosten

Maaike advises clients on communication issues. She makes the connection between nature and experience, (citizen) participation and involving stakeholders in complex issues. She also provides input on policy development, strategy formulation and innovative solutions related to the industry.

Regina Zoeter

Regina is a lover of stories. Whether it is a personal story, a documentary, film or book… a good story in words or images is moving. At OrangeTip she ‘tells’ stories about and from our nature and its development and management.

Nico van der Zanden

As a software developer, Nico flawlessly creates digital solutions for everyday management problems. Nico specializes in designing and programming digital applications. He writes the complicated codes that underline the EMS management tool

Heidi Bakker

Heidi deals with (technical) issues surrounding web development. With her social training and work experience, she forms the connection between people and technology. Through her work at OrangeTip she contributes to her core values: nature and sustainability. Heidi is interested in nature, lifestyle, health, well-being, sports, film and music.
Trainee

Veera Cornelissen

When Veera was 4 years old she already knew: she would work in nature and become a forest ranger. Of course, those plans have been adjusted slightly in the intervening years, but not very much. She is now following her HBO course in Forest & Nature Management at Van Hall Larenstein in Velp and is a trainee at OrangeTip.
Ecologist

Rosa Boschman

Thanks to her mother, Rosa was instilled with a love for nature. She wanted to do something with people and nature and therefore studied forest and nature management. She also finds that combination at NLadviseurs: she contributes to the development of a green environment, with attention to the team. You can regularly find her in the field for species research, among other things.

Pieter van Velden

As an outdoorsman, Pieter likes to look for ways to give nature space. With a lot of energy, his ecological background and a practical attitude, he contributes to (field) research and reports. He is most in his element when he can contribute proactively to solving current issues.

Diederik Meijers

Diederik already had a great passion for nature as a child and that passion has always remained. At OrangeTip he is committed to strengthening the relationship between nature and the golf course. He knows the game of golf, has experience with golf course maintenance and has trained as a biologist/ecologist.

Jurriën Janssen

Passion for nature and knowledge about underlying processes are Jurriën’s motivations for working at OrangeTip. Jurriën likes to deal with complex issues in the field of nature development and wonders how people and nature can complement each other. He spends a lot of time outside walking and discovering new places, getting inspired by the beauty of the landscape as he wanders around.
